Agrishop

Starting from the wide popularity of the Collisioni Festival, held every July in Barolo, with 100thousands people attending during the four festival days and the participation of most Italian Regions and with national Brands involved in the wine&food program of the event, Collisioni is now exporting its peculiar “agrirock” format in other Italian Regions, building events combining culture, music, eno-gastronomy, haut-cuisine and Italian wine tradition, with the participation of the biggest Italian consortia. Agrirock format has already brought On the Road to Sicily, Marche and Friuli Venezia Giulia… and more and more Regions, brands, consortia and wineries who find in Collisioni an innovative and successful brand and decide to partner-up with it. Starting from 2017 Collisioni, with Piedmont institution and local regional partners, decided to meet the challenge of a new project: the inauguration of three locations dedicated to communication, promotion, story-telling and selling of the great Piedmontese eno-gastronomy products. Thanks to synergies with Regional institutions, the contribution of the internationally known designer Daniele Lago, three new locations will be dedicated to the welcoming of the tourist and his/her education to taste and knowledge of the great Piedmont products in two strategic places: Agrishop Barolo & Agrilab – in the Barolo castle’s courtyard (more than 300thousands visitors per year). Two dedicated exhibition and story-telling areas thought in particular to foreign visitors, where the high-quality design meets the excellence of the regional products, with innovative narrative media, explained to the visitor with the purpose not only of direct selling, but also of production and data-analysis. A journey into the journey to wine pathways, history of excellence products and agricultural traditions of the Region. Agrishop Turin International Airport

Turin International Airport – Caselle is one of the gates for the tourist or businessman to look out for Piedmont, before reaching her/his holiday destination or work meeting. At the same time, it is a perfect exit-door from Piedmont, the last picture of the region waving bye before coming back home, when you find out – as everyone does - you still lack that gift for your beloved or lingering with a last typical Piedmont meal. After a critical period for regional airports, Caselle Turin airport is now in constant growth, with new destination and a new attractiveness for travelers. Agrishop project is strengthened and completed by the creation of Agrishop Turin International Airport Caselle at the arrival/departure duty-free location is not only a display of eno-gastronomy products, not only a wine-café, but above all the only shop dedicated to the promotion of regional excellences, a place where to dialogue with tourist, give her/him information, narrate great wines and traditional food products and places. Agrishop professional will be trained by the partners of the project, so that they will be able to be spokespeople the spirit, character and personality of the eno-gastronomic treasure and material culture of Piedmont. Indeed, the true vocation of the project lays in the communication and story-telling, in a place devoted to waiting, travelling and discovery.

Agrishop Barolo

Agrishop Barolo is a project dedicated to the promotion of agricultural products, Piedmont landscape, touristic locations and territories history. It is located in a restored building, with wide window on castle’s courtyard, focus of Barolo’s tourism (more than 300thousand annual visitors). The location includes a restaurant with professional kitchen equipment where the tourist will have the chance to dine, a show-room area dedicated to exhibition, story-telling and selling of products in the many display-windows and in the exhibition areas devoted to the didactic and communication of the different Piedmont territories, two rooms for private lunches/dinners and special events and an educational area where a dedicated professional will offer the tourist initiatives such as wine&food tastings, suggest tours, explain products with the support of the led displays on the walls and other interactive media. The project has been thought to be placed in the symbolic temple of the Region’s eno-tourism with the purpose of giving strength and quality to the didactic, promotional and entertainment offer for the hundreds of thousands tourists choosing every year Barolo as perfect destination for a full-immersion of Piedmont’s wine&food culture. The real focus of the project is in the communication, in the story-telling with the visitor and in the potentiality of touristic incoming in the UNESCO area as a boomerang for promotion of regional products of regional tradition, of typical places, historical monuments, natural and agricultural landscapes and products. At the Agrishop you’ll have the chance to participate in wine-tasting, wine glasses, tastings of cheese, chocolate and other typical products, with the support of dedicated professionals, devoted to the education, information and story-telling.
